Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 91–417, § 6 , Sept. 25, 1970 , 84 Stat. 868 , which provided for costs incident to carrying out the provisions of this subchapter to be paid from the judgment funds, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
