Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 103–454, title II, § 203 , Nov. 2, 1994 , 108 Stat. 4792 , which reaffirmed the status of the Central Council of Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes as a federally recognized Indian tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
