Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 90–508, § 5 , Sept. 21, 1968 , 82 Stat. 862 , which exempted funds distributed under the provisions of this subchapter from Federal and State income taxes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
