Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 90–199 , Dec. 14, 1967 , 81 Stat. 583 , which related to distribution of certain judgment funds, authorized uses of such funds, and tax exemption for per capita distributions, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
