Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 89–659, § 10 , Oct. 14, 1966 , 80 Stat. 910 , which exempted distributed funds from Federal and State income taxes and provided for payment of certain costs, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
