Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–244, § 1 , Mar. 9, 1972 , 86 Stat. 56 , which provided for per capita distributions to enrolled tribal members born on or prior to and living on Mar. 9, 1972 , from funds appropriated for a certain judgment, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
