Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 88–506, § 3 , Aug. 30, 1964 , 78 Stat. 639 , which exempted funds distributed in accordance with this subchapter from Federal and State income taxes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
