Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 88–457, § 6 , Aug. 20, 1964 , 78 Stat. 556 , which exempted funds distributed in accordance with this subchapter from Federal and State income taxes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
