25 U.S.C. § 983d — Omitted

Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 101–484, § 6 , Oct. 31, 1990 , 104 Stat. 1168 , which provided for governance of the tribe by an Interim Council until a constitution would be adopted and tribal officials would be elected, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
