Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 93–197, § 7 , Dec. 22, 1973 , 87 Stat. 773 , which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to make such rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
