Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 91–404, § 2 , Sept. 19, 1970 , 84 Stat. 845 , which exempted per capita payments to members of the Sac and Fox Tribes from Federal and State income taxes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
