Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 85–395, § 2 , May 9, 1958 , 72 Stat. 105 , which authorized per capita distributions to tribal members from funds appropriated for a certain judgment against the United States, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
