Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 90–504, § 1 , Sept. 21, 1968 , 82 Stat. 855 , which related to preparation of roll of persons living on Sept. 21, 1968 , whose names or ancestors’ names appear on records admissible as evidence as identifying them as Creek Indians, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
