Editorial Notes Codification Section, act Sept. 1, 1954, ch. 1207, § 10, 68 Stat. 1103 , which provided that nothing in this subchapter would affect the right to pursue claims against the United States before the former Indian Claims Commission, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
