Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries Short Title Pub. L. 98–481, § 1 , Oct. 17, 1984 , 98 Stat. 2250 , provided that Pub. L. 98–481 , enacting this subchapter, could be cited as the “ Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Restoration Act ”.
