Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 85–794, § 1 , Aug. 28, 1958 , 72 Stat. 958 , which authorized a $100 payment to each member of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians of Minnesota alive on Aug. 28, 1958 , from proceeds of the sale of timber and lumber within the Red Lake Reservation, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
