Editorial Notes Codification Section, act Aug. 12, 1953, ch. 406, § 1, 67 Stat. 540 , which related to use of funds of the Ute Mountain Tribe of the Ute Mountain Reservation for expenditure and per capita payments, taxation of lands and funds, and regulations applicable to loans, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
