Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–312, § 2 , June 14, 1972 , 86 Stat. 216 , which required that all funds derived from the sale of lands pursuant to this subchapter be used for the purchase of real property within the boundaries of the Southern Ute Indian Reservation, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
