25 U.S.C. § 670 — Omitted

Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–312, § 3 , June 14, 1972 , 86 Stat. 216 , which authorized encumbrance by mortgage or deed of trust of lands sold pursuant to section 668 of this title and directed that the United States be a party to any foreclosure or sale proceedings, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
