Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 91–264, § 6 , May 22, 1970 , 84 Stat. 261 , which deemed securities issued by the Council to be exempted securities and provided that they would be exempt from registration requirements, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
