Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 90–534, § 5 , Sept. 28, 1968 , 82 Stat. 884 , which provided that any moneys received by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community from the sale, exchange, mortgage, or granting of a security interest in tribal land could be used for tribal purposes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
