Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 99–398, § 6 , Aug. 27, 1986 , 100 Stat. 850 , which related to transfer of land to the Secretary of the Interior to be held in trust for the tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
