Editorial Notes Codification Section, act Mar. 29, 1948, ch. 160, § 2, 62 Stat. 92 , which assigned individual monetary credits from the capital reserve fund to members of the Klamath Tribes to be used for certain purposes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application. Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries Short Title Act Mar. 29, 1948, ch. 160, § 1, 62 Stat. 92 , provided that act Mar. 29, 1948, ch. 160, enacting sections 544 and 545 of this title, could be known as the Klamath Welfare Act .
