Editorial Notes Codification Section, act Mar. 29, 1948, ch. 160, § 3, 62 Stat. 93 , which related to liability of judgment funds for debts contracted prior to the passage of this section and former section 544 of this title , was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
