Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries Short Title Pub. L. 106–568, title VI, § 601 , Dec. 27, 2000 , 114 Stat. 2906 , provided that title VI of Pub. L. 106–568 , enacting this subchapter and provisions formerly set out as a note under this section, could be cited as the “ Torres-Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians Claims Settlement Act ”.
