L. 106–425, § 2 , Nov. 1, 2000 , 114 Stat. 1890 , which set out congressional findings and purposes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application. Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries Short Title Pub. L. 106–425, § 1 , Nov. 1, 2000 , 114 Stat. 1890 , provided that Pub. L. 106–425 , enacting this subchapter, could be cited as the “ Santo Domingo Pueblo Claims Settlement Act of 2000 ”.
