Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries Short Title Pub. L. 101–503, § 1 , Nov. 3, 1990 , 104 Stat. 1292 , provided that Pub. L. 101–503 , enacting this subchapter, could be cited as the “ Seneca Nation Settlement Act of 1990 ”.
