Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 101–41, § 4 , June 21, 1989 , 103 Stat. 85 , which related to acceptance by the Secretary of the Interior of the conveyance of certain lands to be held in trust for the benefit of the tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
