Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 101–41, § 6 , June 21, 1989 , 103 Stat. 86 , which related to one-time payment to each enrolled member and establishment of a permanent trust fund to enhance the ability of the tribe to provide services to its members, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
