Editorial Notes Codification Section, act Feb. 24, 1927, ch. 189, title IV, 44 Stat. 1222 , which related to collection of statistical reports through local special agents, was from an appropriations act for the Departments of State, Justice, the Judiciary, and Departments of Commerce and Labor for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1928 , and was not repeated in subsequent appropriation acts.
