30 U.S.C. § 824 — Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter. ( Pub. L. 91–173, title I, § 114 , as added Pub. L. 95–164, title II, § 201 , Nov. 9, 1977 , 91 Stat. 1315 .)
