Section 113, act Aug. 24, 1912, ch. 367, § 3, 37 Stat. 496 , related to reservation of oil and gas to the United States in the lands entered. Provisions on entry of lands withdrawn or classified as oil lands are contained in sections 121 to 123 of this title.
