33 U.S.C. § 1486 — Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund

The Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund shall be available to the Secretary for actions taken under sections 1474 and 1476 of this title. ( Pub. L. 93–248, § 17 , Feb. 5, 1974 , 88 Stat. 10 ; Pub.
