33 U.S.C. § 883k — Acquisition of land for facilities

For fiscal year 1990 and hereafter funds appropriated under this heading shall be available for acquisition of land for facilities. ( Pub. L. 101–162, title I , Nov. 21, 1989 , 103 Stat. 992 .)
