42 U.S.C. § 15112 — Definitions

In this subchapter: (1) Developmental disability The term “ developmental disability ” has the meaning given the term in section 15002 of this title . (2) Institution of higher education The term “ institution of higher education ” has the meaning given the term in section 1141 [1] of title 20.
