42 U.S.C. § 9859a — Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter $200,000,000 for fiscal year 2001, and such sums as may be necessary for each subsequent fiscal year. ( Pub. L. 106–310, div. A, title XIV, § 1402 , Oct. 17, 2000 , 114 Stat. 1143 .)
