42 U.S.C. § 7382a — Purpose; designation

(a) Purpose The purpose of this subchapter is to establish within the Department of Energy a national fellowship program for elementary and secondary school mathematics and science teachers. (b) Designation A recipient of a fellowship under this subchapter shall be known as an “Albert Einstein Fellow”. ( Pub. L. 103–382, title V, § 513 , Oct. 20, 1994 , 108 Stat. 4042 .)
