Section 1855c, act Sept. 30, 1950, ch. 1125, § 4, 64 Stat. 1110 , directed Federal agencies to cooperate with each other and with other agencies in providing assistance. Section 1855d, act Sept. 30, 1950, ch. 1125, § 5, 64 Stat. 1110 , directed the President to coordinate disaster assistance and to issue rules and regulations covering disaster relief. Section 1855e, act Sept. 30, 1950, ch. 1125, § 6, 64 Stat. 1111 , dealt with repair and reconstruction of damaged United States facilities. Section 1855f, act Sept. 30, 1950, ch. 1125, § 7, 64 Stat. 1111 , provided for utilization of services and facilities of other agencies, employment of temporary personnel, incurring of obligations, and reimbursements. Section 1855g, act Sept. 30, 1950, ch. 1125, § 8, 64 Stat. 1111 , authorized an appropriation of $5,000,000 and required by the President to submit a report to Congress at beginning of each session covering expenditure of amounts appropriated.
