43 U.S.C. § 1463 — Disposition of receipts

All sums received under the provisions of section 1460 of this title shall be deposited in the Treasury to the credit of miscellaneous receipts. (Aug. 24, 1912, ch. 370, § 6, 37 Stat. 498 .)
