Editorial Notes Codification Section, act June 18, 1874, ch. 305, 18 Stat. 80 , provided for issuance of patents for lands granted State of Oregon prior to June 18, 1874 , upon certificate of Governor that wagon roads had been built over those lands in accordance with terms of grants.
