44 U.S.C. § 722 — Congressional Directory: sale

The Director of the Government Publishing Office, under the direction of the Joint Committee on Printing, may print the current Congressional Directory for sale at a price sufficient to reimburse the expense of printing. The money derived from sales shall be paid into the Treasury and accounted for in his annual report to Congress , and sales may not be made on credit. ( Pub.
