48 U.S.C. § 1469e — Insular government purchases

The Governments of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico , Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the United States Virgin Islands are authorized to make purchases through the General Services Administration . Amendments 2016— Pub. L. 114–187 amended text generally.
