Kristiansund municipality has carried out a prior information notice and market dialogue to assess whether there are alternative solutions that can replace the current performance management system. The analysis of received supplier responses shows that Stratsys is the only solution that offers a complete and integrated system that covers the municipality's total needs in plans and reports, management models beyond target and result management, artificial intelligence, available databases and self-modelling of management logic as the standard functionality in a code-free interface. The system is also in line with the municipality ́s current digitalisation strategy and plans for development and innovation.
