Due to Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8 April 2022, Article 5k, points (a)–(c), amending Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 on restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine, the contracting entity can and will not award the Framework Agreement to economic operators covered by the prohibition.
