The supplier shall provide a visual, web-based and functional system that generates and presents Norway’s environmental footprint from digital infrastructure. This Beta version will lay the foundation for, and constitute the first step towards, developing the full Digital for Sustainability (D4S) Index by allowing Nkom to test and validate the core methodological and technical framework.
