This is with reference to Higher Education Commission subject advertisement (Specific Procurement Notice) published in various leading national daily newspapers dated December 06, 2023, and uploaded over Higher Education Commission website (https://www.hec.gov.pk/) along with the corresponding Bidding Document (Request for Bids) and subsequent Amendment No. 01.
Bid submission date is hereby extended till January 30, 2024 (11:30 AM Local Time), hence para no. 8 of the subject Specific Procurement Notice shall be read as follows.
