Eligibility of Tenderer : i. The maximum 01 (one) number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of last
05(five) years.

ii. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply
of goods and related services.
iii. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum Tk.4,50,000.00 (Four
Lac Fifty Thousand) only under a single contracts in the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years
counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
iv. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk.4,80,000.00
(Four Lac Eighty Thousand) only.
v. The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk.15,000.00 (Taka Fifteen Thousand only).
vi. Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc.
