Data Centre Exit - Project Management Office Service

The provision of Programme and Project Management Office (PMO) services to support HMRC's Data Centre Exit (DCE) Programme. The contract includes the delivery of programme governance, planning and scheduling, reporting, risk, issue and dependency management, benefits management, supplier coordination, assurance activities and business readiness support. The services will enable the effective management and oversight of the DCE Programme and associated technology migration activities, supporting HMRC's transition from legacy data centre infrastructure to cloud-based services. The total potential contract value is up to £9,000,000 (excluding VAT). The contract has been awarded on a no commitment basis, with services to be called off through fixed-price Statements of Work that define agreed deliverables, milestones and associated payment mechanisms. The total potential contract value breakdown is as follows: Initial term: £6,000,000 (excluding VAT) Optional extension period: £3,000,000 (excluding VAT)
