Academia "Ștefan cel Mare" a MAI al Republicii Moldova Description Revista este destinată publicării și diseminării celor mai valoroase studii ştiinţifice elaborate în domeniul ştiinţelor juridice de către cercetători din țară și de peste hotare. Scopul principal al revistei îl constituie cercetarea și fundamentarea unor rezultate științifice inovatorii. Principalele obiectivele urmărite de revistă sunt: implementarea acquis-ului Uniunii Europene în sistemul de drept al Republicii Moldova; realizarea strategiilor naționale și instituționale de cercetare ştiinţifică; ridicarea calităţii studiilor ştiinţifice prin implementarea standardelor inovatorii de cercetare şi de deontologie ştiinţifică; democratizarea accesului la cercetările ştiinţifice publicate; dezvoltarea aptitudinilor şi promovarea cunoştinţelor profesionale; diseminarea noilor rezultate ştiinţifice obţinute în diverse domenii ale dreptului; promovarea politicilor deschise în domeniul ştiinţelor juridice etc. Series information (English) The magazine is intended for publication and dissemination of the most valuable scientific studies developed in the field of legal sciences by researchers from the country and abroad. The main purpose of the journal is the research and substantiation of innovative scientific results.
