This work develops a boundary-driven model of interior cosmological structure generated by a ring of N Kerr black holes in quasi-stable orbital configuration. The central claim — the Debris Field Conjecture — is that the interior region enclosed by such a ring does not collapse into chaotic motion or vacuum emptiness. Instead, it forms a dynamically organized environment exhibiting orbital families, concentration zones, resonance structure, and coherent optical pathways. These features arise from boundary-imposed symmetry, gravitational interference, and curvature superposition within the Newtonian and post-Newtonian regimes. The analysis is presented in a dual-register format. The Established Physics Register draws on general relativity, Kerr geometry, and N-body dynamics. The Boundary-Driven Register interprets these results through a structural insight: a closed gravitational boundary can generate interior organization even in the absence of a central attractor. This paper extends that framework to its analytic limits, derives new consequences in the post-Newtonian regime, identifies the precise boundary between analytically supported and numerically required claims, and proposes a concrete simulation program to resolve the conjecture’s open empirical questions.
